Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

By using Sprite Collector ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the App.

1. What the App is

Sprite Collector is an unofficial, fan-made tracker for the Fortnite Sprites collectible game mode. It is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Epic Games, Inc. in any way.

"Fortnite" and all related names, logos, characters, and artwork are trademarks or property of Epic Games, Inc. Sprite names, artwork, and catalog information are referenced from publicly available sources purely to identify and track collectibles in this non-commercial fan tool. All rights to that content remain with their original owners.

2. Accounts and access

The App is designed to be used as a Discord Activity. You sign in with your Discord account, and your collection is tied to that Discord identity. Keep your Discord account secure and don't share your access with others.

3. Your collection and trade requests

Your checkmarks (Owned, Mastered) and quantities belong to you and can be changed or cleared at any time. The "Ask for Trade" feature posts a message — which you can edit before sending — into the Discord channel configured by the app owner. Only use it to make good-faith trade offers with other members of your server.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to overload the App or its services.
  • Don't copy the sprite catalog in bulk or redistribute it elsewhere.
  • Don't use the App to harass, spam, or mislead other players.
  • Don't present the App as official or as being made by Epic Games.

5. Availability and changes

The App is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time, and sprite information may occasionally be incomplete or out of date. These terms may be updated; continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to Fortnite, Fortnite Sprites, and their artwork belong to Epic Games, Inc. The App's own code, design, and text belong to its creator and may not be copied without permission.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms or requests regarding your data can be made in the Discord server where you use the App. See also our Privacy Policy.
